Real Estate Valuation
My experience in architecture and real estate has enabled me to integrate my skills into projects related to real estate valuation, leveraging this expertise to enhance the quality of valuation reports. One notable instance involved a comprehensive 100-page report for a client who owned multiple plots in the Hammana region of Lebanon.
This project commenced with an extensive site visit, coupled with meticulous documentation and scanning of all available plots and buildings. Each property’s status, function, and size were thoroughly detailed. Subsequently, the report delved into a comprehensive analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of each plot.
Moving forward, the valuation process involved assigning a precise value to each plot. The report concluded with a series of strategic recommendations aimed at optimizing returns and suggested actions for the subsequent development of individual plots.
Additionally, overall recommendations were provided for the collective management of all owned plots, ensuring a holistic approach to maximize overall value and potential.
